The Philadelphia Art Book Fair is free, open to the public and fully accessible.

EXHIBITOR HOURS
Friday, May 5: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday, May 6: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Exhibitors are required to be setup and have their tables staffed from open to close both Friday and Saturday. 


LOCATION
The Philadelphia Art Book Fair 2017 location and load-in address can be mapped to: 1227 N. 4th Street Philadelphia, PA 19122. The event space spans the first and second floor of Twelve 27.


CHECK-IN / LOAD-IN / LOAD OUT
The event space will open for installation and load-in on Friday, May 5 from 8:00am-11:00am. Please check-in on arrival with a Philadelphia Art Book Fair staff member so you can be shown to your assigned space.

On Saturday the space will be open for exhibitors beginning at 9:00am on Saturday, May 5.

Exhibitors can pack-up and load-out beginning at 6:00pm on Saturday, May 5.


EXHIBITOR PARKING
On-street parking is available throughout the neighborhood surrounding the building. Please note that most of the on-street parking south of Girard Avenue has a two hour time limit and most on-street parking north of Girard Avenue does not have a time limit.
 

EXHIBITOR SETUP
Floor plans and exhibitor locations will not be provided prior to load-in. In addition to the full/half table selected at time of registration, each exhibitor will be provided table linens, two chairs, and an exhibitor name sign.
 

EXHIBITOR WALL SPACE
While many of the tables do have access to a back wall space, access cannot be guaranteed. If your space does have a back wall, you are welcome to hang works, but must do so in a way that minimizes damage to the wall. We recommend that you use tape as long as it is gingerly removed, or command strips. If you have further installation needs, please contact us at phlartbookfair@gmail.com.
 

ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
Electrical outlets are throughout the space, but access is not guaranteed.


CREDIT CARDS and ATM
Credit card service and ATMs are not provided. Exhibitors are responsible for transactions at their table. 


RESTROOM FACILITIES
Restrooms are conveniently located on the first and second floor of the exhibition space.

FOOD / COFFEE
Food and coffee will be available for purchase from a variety of food trucks during the hours of the fair.

INTERNET
Wi-Fi is password protected and the Twelve 27 Guest Wi-Fi  will be available during the event.

SECURITY
The building will be armed and secured every evening and disarmed every morning and individual rooms will be locked.

Any merchandise and / or equipment left unattended is done so at the exhibitor's own risk. Neither the Philadelphia Art Book Fair co-presenters nor producer are responsible for lost or stolen merchandise and equipment.
 

ADVANCE SHIPMENTS
Any advance materials or merchandise may be shipped to the following address, and should be received no later than Thursday, May 4. We'll see to it that they will be waiting for you at your designated table when you arrive Friday morning for setup.

Shipments can be received Tuesday-Friday from 9:30am-3:00pm. The building is not responsible for missed shipments.

RETURN SHIPMENTS
Exhibitor materials will be returned to the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center (1400 N. American Street, #103, Philadelphia, PA 19122) after the fair. All materials left after the fair should be packed and labeled for shipment. Any materials left without proper packing and/or labels will not be returned.
 

PAYMENT
Exhibitors must submit payment by April 14, 2017 by check or credit card. Checks should be made out to Philadelphia Art Book Fair with "PHL Art Book Fair 2017 and the exhibitor name” in the memo, and mailed to:

Credit Card payments can be submitted using the button below.

Exhibitor Fees:
$175 Half Table (30” x 36”)
$300 Full Table (30” x 72”)

Payment must be made for the table size that you were accepted for. If for any reason you would like to change your table size, please contact us at phlartbookfair@gmail.com


CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your previously confirmed participation in the Philadelphia Art Book Fair 2017  without penalty if you contact us at phlartbookfair@gmail.com by 5:00pm, April 25, 2017 (10 days prior to the event). Any exhibitor fees paid by such time will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs after 5:00pm, April 25, 2017.
