The Philadelphia Art Book Fair is free, open to the public and fully accessible.

EXHIBITOR HOURS
Saturday, June 2: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Sunday, June 3: 11:00am – 5:00pm
Exhibitors are required to be setup and have their tables staffed from open to close both Saturday and Sunday. 


LOCATION
The Philadelphia Art Book Fair 2018 location and load-in address can be mapped to: 22 S 23rd Street Philadelphia, PA 19103. The event space spans the first floor of the 23rd Street Armory.


CHECK-IN / LOAD-IN / LOAD OUT
The event space will open for installation and load-in on Saturday, June 2 from 8:00am-11:00am. Please check-in on arrival with a Philadelphia Art Book Fair staff member so you can be shown to your assigned space.

On Sunday, June 3, the space will be open for exhibitors beginning at 10:00am.

Exhibitors can pack-up and load-out beginning at 5:00pm on Sunday, June 3.


EXHIBITOR PARKING
Reduced rate parking is available for $12/day at:
12 S 23rd Street
Philadelphia, PA 19103

Please note that overnight parking is permitted, but after the parking garage closes at 8pm on Friday, access will not be allowed until Sunday morning.

EXHIBITOR SETUP
Floor plans and exhibitor locations will not be provided prior to load-in. In addition to the full/half table selected at time of registration, each exhibitor will be provided table linens, two chairs, and an exhibitor name sign.

EXHIBITOR WALL SPACE
Exhibitors who purchased a table with a back wall are welcome to hang works using an adhesive. The building does not allow any drilling into the concrete walls. You can view a back wall here. If you have further installation needs, please contact us at phlartbookfair@gmail.com.

ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
Electrical outlets are throughout the space, but access is not guaranteed.


CREDIT CARDS and ATM
Credit card service and ATMs are not provided. Exhibitors are responsible for transactions at their table. 


RESTROOM FACILITIES
Restrooms are conveniently located on the first floor of the exhibition space.
 

COFFEE
Coffee will be available for purchase inside the fair from Two Axle Coffee.

SECURITY
The building will be armed and secured every evening and disarmed every morning.

Any merchandise and / or equipment left unattended is done so at the exhibitor's own risk. The Philadelphia Art Book Fair / Philadelphia Photo Arts Center is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise and equipment.
 

ADVANCE SHIPMENTS
Any advance materials or merchandise may be shipped to the following address, and should be received no later than Thursday, May 31. We'll see to it that they will be waiting for you at your designated table when you arrive Saturday morning for setup.

Shipments can be received Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-5pm. The building is not responsible for missed shipments.

RETURN SHIPMENTS
Exhibitor materials will be returned to the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center (1400 N. American Street, #103, Philadelphia, PA 19122) after the fair. Please communicate with a PABF staff member about return shipping. All materials left after the fair should be packed and labeled for shipment. Any materials left without proper packing and/or labels will not be returned.
 

PAYMENT
Exhibitors must submit payment by April 4, 2018 by check or credit card. Checks should be made out to Philadelphia Photo Arts Center with "PABF 2018 and the exhibitor name” in the memo, and mailed to:

Exhibitor Fees:
$135 Half Table (30” x 36”)
$250 Full Table (30” x 72”)
$275 Full Table with Back Wall (30" x 72")

Payment must be made for the table size that you were accepted for. If for any reason you would like to change your table size, please contact us at phlartbookfair@gmail.com.


CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your previously confirmed participation in the Philadelphia Art Book Fair 2018  without penalty if you contact us at phlartbookfair@gmail.com by 5:00pm, May 1, 2018 (1 month prior to the event). Any exhibitor fees paid by such time will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs after 5:00pm, May 1, 2018.
